During our recent stay at the Alfaierhof-Bergheimat in Gschnitz, I was truly enchanted by the blend of comfort and tradition this charming guesthouse offers. Nestled in a stunning alpine landscape, the accommodations are spacious and feature modern amenities, including a kitchenette and a private balcony with breathtaking views. The excellent breakfast buffet, showcasing organic products from their own farm, was a delightful way to start our day of exploring the surrounding trails. What stood out most was the warm hospitality provided by the staff, particularly Ferdinand Pranger, who always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure our family felt at home. My daughters loved playing on the trampoline and visiting the stable, making it a genuinely family-friendly environment. After a long day outdoors, we enjoyed unwinding in the cozy bar area and taking advantage of the spa facilities-the perfect way to replenish for our next adventure. Located just 12 minutes from the Brenner Motorway, Alfaierhof is an excellent stopover for those travelling through the region, while also being a gateway to ski and outdoor activities year-round. I wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem for a peaceful retreat in the heart of the Alps.
